TCP Calibration Unit
The calibration unit is intended to support the Tool Center Point (TCP) calibration of a robot.
The process replaces the traditional process of the calibration using a tip.
The device gets an Ethernet/IP interface, which delivers the x-, y- and z-position as parameters.
The device uses Anybus-modules. The customer required an EtherCATinterface.
Therefore, the delivery will include an EtherCAT-module.
The housing of the device has 2 pins at the bottom side for absolute positioning. A CAD model can be delivered.
The device is intended for the development of an interface for the client machine.

If further customer specific functionality is required it has to be discussed during the project phase.
